Use of Apple Health App Data
Alpha Coach Evolve uses HealthKit APIs to show the users the number of steps they have covered in a day in the app interface. The user also gets to compare the steps they have covered against the goal for the day.
- Alpha Coach Evolve does not use information gained through the use of the HealthKit framework for advertising or similar services.
- We do not disclose any information gained through HealthKit to a third party.
- Alpha Coach does not sell information gained through HealthKit to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
- We limit the use of data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface.
- We do not allow the transfer of data, except:
- To provide or improve your appropriate access or user-facing features that are visible and prominent in the requesting application's user interface and only with the user's consent.
- For security purposes (for example, investigating abuse).
- To comply with applicable laws.
- We don't allow humans to read the data, unless:
- It is necessary for security purposes (for example, investigating a bug or abuse).
- It is necessary to comply with applicable law; or
- The data (including derivations) is aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy and other jurisdictional legal requirements.
What Personal Information do we collect?

You may submit your own comments, learning notes, keywords, tags, reviews and other similar information on the Platform (“User Contents”) which are visible for other users also. We reserve the right to store, process and use the User Contents that are visible to other users in anonymous form after the deletion of your user account also.
Will we share your Personal Information with 3rd parties?
We will not share or sell your Personal Information for commercial purposes to third parties (other than our service providers who are bound by similar obligation to protect your data). The Grievance Officer shall upon receipt of such complaint - (i) acknowledge the complaint within 24 (twenty-four) hours and dispose-off such complaint within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of its receipt; and/or (ii) seek/avail requisite advisory, order, notice or direction from the appropriate governmental agency, any competent authority or a court of competent jurisdiction.
